Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all reservations made with Château du Grand Pré via our website or any other booking channel. Every reservation implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Booking
Reservations are made online and are subject to room availability.
A booking becomes firm and definitive upon:
- Payment validation,
- Receipt of the confirmation email.
Rates
Rates are expressed in euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes.
Château du Grand Pré reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. However, the rate applied will be the one in effect at the time of booking.
Payment terms
Full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking. Payments are made by credit or debit card through a secure payment solution.
Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel their reservation under the following conditions:
- Up to 7 days before the arrival date: Full refund.
- Less than 7 days before the arrival date: No refund will be issued.
In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay remains due.
Check-in and check-out
Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out must take place before 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
Liability
Château du Grand Pré cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, internet network disruptions, strikes, or any event beyond its control that prevents the normal execution of services.
Your stay
Château du Grand Pré is a prestigious, historic property. To preserve the château’s art collections and the fragile nature of some of the antique furniture and seating in the lounges, children under the age of 12 cannot be accommodated in the guest rooms.
Guests agree to respect the premises, equipment, and gardens, as well as the peace and tranquility of other visitors. Any damage or degradation may result in additional charges.
Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
